تلتزم شركة AuraGO بحماية خصوصيتك وبياناتك الشخصية. تصف هذه السياسة كيفية جمعنا واستخدامنا وحماية المعلومات التي تقدمها عند استخدام تطبيق أو موقع AuraGO لحجز خدمات النقل.

باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام بياناتك وفقاً لهذه السياسة.

AuraGO is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using the AuraGO app or website to book transportation services.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الهوية: الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني.
بيانات الموقع: نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة عند الحجز، وموقعك الجغرافي أثناء الرحلة إذا أذنت بذلك.
بيانات الدفع: نوع وسيلة الدفع فقط — لا نخزن أرقام البطاقات المصرفية.
سجل الرحلات: تاريخ ووقت ومسار الرحلات السابقة والتقييمات.
بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IP.

Identity data: Full name, phone number, email address.
Location data: Pickup and destination at booking, and your GPS location during the ride if permitted.
Payment data: Payment method type only — we do not store bank card numbers.
Trip history: Date, time, and route of past trips and ratings.
Device data: Device type, operating system, IP address.

مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نشاركها في الحالات التالية فقط:

السائق: اسمك ورقم هاتفك لإتمام الرحلة.
مزودو خدمات الدفع: لمعالجة المعاملات المالية بشكل آمن.
الجهات القانونية: عند الطلب الرسمي وفق القانون المصري.
الشركاء التقنيون: لتشغيل البنية التحتية (خوادم، خرائط) مع الالتزام باتفاقيات السرية.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following cases:

Driver: Your name and phone number to complete the ride.
Payment service providers: To securely process financial transactions.
Legal authorities: Upon official request under Egyptian law.
Technical partners: To operate infrastructure (servers, maps) under confidentiality agreements.

أمن البيانات

نستخدم تشفير SSL/TLS لحماية البيانات أثناء النقل، ونخزن كلمات المرور مشفرة باستخدام خوارزميات قوية. يخضع موظفونا لتدريبات منتظمة على أمن المعلومات. مع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمن مطلق عبر الإنترنت وندعوك لاستخدام كلمات مرور قوية وعدم مشاركتها.

We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit and store passwords encrypted using strong algorithms. Our employees undergo regular information security training. However, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and not share them.

باستخدامك لمنصة AuraGO سواء عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام بصورة كاملة وغير مشروطة. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي منها، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام خدماتنا.

By using the AuraGO platform through the website or app, you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of them, please stop using our services.

شروط التسجيل والأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو أكثر لاستخدام الخدمة.
يُلزم تقديم بيانات صحيحة وحديثة عند إنشاء الحساب.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول.
لا يجوز إنشاء أكثر من حساب واحد لنفس الشخص.
يحق لـ AuraGO تعليق أو حذف أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط.

You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
Accurate and current information must be provided when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Creating more than one account per person is not permitted.
AuraGO reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.

استخدام الخدمة

تُقدَّم الخدمة لأغراض التنقل الشخصي والتجاري المشروع فقط.
يُحظر استخدام الخدمة لنقل مواد مخالفة للقانون أو المواد الخطرة.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية دقة بيانات الحجز (العنوان، الوقت، عدد الركاب).
يُمنع التدخين في السيارات إلا في المركبات المخصصة لذلك.
يجب احترام السائق والامتناع عن أي سلوك مسيء أو تهديدي.
يحق للسائق رفض الرحلة أو إيقافها في حال الإخلال بالنظام العام أو أمن الركاب.

The service is provided for legitimate personal and commercial transportation purposes only.
Using the service to transport illegal materials or hazardous substances is prohibited.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of booking details (address, time, number of passengers).
Smoking in vehicles is prohibited except in designated vehicles.
The driver must be treated with respect; abusive or threatening behavior is prohibited.
The driver may refuse or terminate a ride in case of breach of public order or passenger safety.

الأسعار والدفع

تُحسب الأسعار بناءً على المسافة، نوع المركبة، وقت الطلب، وأي رسوم إضافية معلنة.
الأسعار المعروضة قبل التأكيد تقديرية وقد تختلف بسبب الزحام أو انتظار العميل.
وسائل الدفع المقبولة: كاش عند الوصول، بطاقات Visa/Mastercard، المحافظ الرقمية.
تُصدر فاتورة إلكترونية فور اكتمال كل رحلة.
في حالة الخلاف على السعر، تُعتمد سجلات النظام مرجعاً رسمياً.

Prices are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, request time, and any announced additional fees.
Prices shown before confirmation are estimates and may vary due to traffic or customer wait time.
Accepted payment methods: cash on delivery, Visa/Mastercard cards, digital wallets.
An electronic invoice is issued immediately upon completion of each ride.
In case of price dispute, system records are the official reference.

حدود المسؤولية

AuraGO منصة وسيطة — السائقون شركاء مستقلون وليسوا موظفين.
لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن التأخير الناجم عن ظروف المرور أو القوة القاهرة.
الشركة غير مسؤولة عن الأشياء المنسية داخل المركبات، وإن كنا نبذل جهدنا لاسترجاعها.
الحد الأقصى للتعويض في أي حادثة لا يتجاوز قيمة رسوم الرحلة المعنية.

AuraGO is an intermediary platform — drivers are independent partners, not employees.
The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions or force majeure.
The company is not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we make every effort to recover them.
The maximum compensation in any incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant ride fee.

تعديل الشروط

تحتفظ AuraGO بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطارك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل 7 أيام من سريان التعديلات الجوهرية. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك يُعد قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.

AuraGO reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified via email or an in-app notification 7 days before major amendments take effect. Your continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المصري. أي نزاع يُحال إلى محاكم القاهرة المختصة كمرجع قانوني أول.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute is referred to the competent Cairo courts as the primary legal reference.

جدول الإلغاء والاسترداد

يعتمد استرداد المبلغ على وقت الإلغاء قبل موعد الرحلة:

The refund amount depends on the cancellation time before the ride:

حالات الإلغاء المجاني

يُمنح الإلغاء المجاني بصرف النظر عن التوقيت في الحالات التالية:

تأخر السائق أكثر من 15 دقيقة عن الوقت المحدد دون إشعار مسبق.
ظروف الطوارئ الموثقة (حوادث، أمراض مفاجئة) مع تقديم ما يثبتها.
أعطال تقنية مُثبتة في منصة AuraGO تمنع إتمام الحجز.
قرارات رسمية من الجهات الحكومية (حظر تجوال، كوارث طبيعية).

Free cancellation is granted regardless of timing in the following cases:

Driver delay of more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice.
Documented emergency circumstances (accidents, sudden illnesses) with supporting evidence.
Proven technical failures in the AuraGO platform preventing booking completion.
Official decisions by government authorities (curfews, natural disasters).

كيفية طلب الاسترداد

من خلال التطبيق: الرحلات ← تفاصيل الرحلة ← طلب استرداد.
عبر البريد الإلكتروني: contact@aurago.aurairco.com مع ذكر رقم الحجز.
الخط الساخن: 01107556753 (الأحد – الخميس، 9ص – 9م).

يُعالج طلب الاسترداد خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل ويُعاد المبلغ لنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

Through the app: Trips → Trip Details → Request Refund.
Via email: contact@aurago.aurairco.com with your booking number.
Hotline: 01107556753 (Sunday – Thursday, 9AM – 9PM).

Refund requests are processed within 3 to 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

تعديل الحجوزات

يمكن تعديل موعد أو وجهة الرحلة مجانًا إذا كان التعديل قبل 6 ساعات من موعد الرحلة.
التعديل خلال أقل من 6 ساعات يخضع لرسوم إدارية قدرها 20 جنيه.
لا يمكن تغيير نوع السيارة (Economy/VIP) بعد تأكيد الحجز بأقل من ساعة.

The ride time or destination can be modified for free if the change is made more than 6 hours before the ride.
Modifications within 6 hours of the ride are subject to an administrative fee of 20 EGP.
Vehicle type (Economy/VIP) cannot be changed after booking confirmation within 1 hour.

حق AuraGO في الإلغاء

تحتفظ AuraGO بحق إلغاء الحجز في الحالات التالية مع الاسترداد الكامل:

عدم توفر سائق في المنطقة المطلوبة.
ظروف الطقس القاسية أو الكوارث الطبيعية.
طلبات الحجز خارج نطاق الخدمة الجغرافي.
اكتشاف انتهاك لشروط الاستخدام.

AuraGO reserves the right to cancel a booking in the following cases with a full refund:

No driver available in the requested area.
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
Booking requests outside the service's geographic coverage.
Discovery of a violation of the terms of service.
